Election Nomination Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Each year, members of Zeal Credit Union elect knowledgeable volunteers from among the membership to serve on Zeal Credit Union’s Board of Directors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any member in good standing – with sufficient background in business or finance – with the time available to devote to regular meetings and important economic issues, may seek nomination to an open position on the Board of Directors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you’re interested in being considered for a Board nomination, you must obtain a nominating petition using the form at the bottom of this page. You will also need the wet signatures of 3% of Zeal Credit Union’s total membership (members must be in good standing). Petitions and the accompanying signatures must be received no later than 45 days prior to the March\/April 2026 Annual Meeting (final meeting date TBD). <\/strong>You may submit your petition\/signatures through any Zeal Credit Union branch or by mailing them to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with Article V of Zeal Credit Union’s bylaws, candidates selected by the Board Nominating Committee will be announced no less than 45 days prior to the 2026 Annual Meeting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The official election will take place at Zeal Credit Union’s Annual Membership Meeting, held in March\/April 2026 (final date TBD). <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
