You get to see new places and new things, and it can be a once in a lifetime experience. That\u2019s why it\u2019s important to make sure your plastic cards are set up with travel alerts prior to your trip.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"body\">Card issuers will block a card if they think fraudulent activity is taking place. That&#8217;s why it&#8217;s important to set travel alerts before an international trip.<\/span> <span class=\"body\">If a transaction from a foreign country appears on your card, it can be viewed as fraud and the card can be deactivated. This can be avoided by contacting us prior to the trip and placing a travel alert on your cards.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alerts can be set up to avoid the hassle of having your charges declined while traveling. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:37px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To set up a Travel Alert on your <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Zeal Credit Card<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log into your online banking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select &#8220;Visa Account Access&#8221; under the &#8220;Additional Services&#8221; menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select &#8220;Travel Center&#8221; from the &#8220;Account Services&#8221; menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter your card&#8217;s CVV Code and select &#8220;Continue.&#8221; <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:37px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To set up a Travel Alert on your <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Zeal Debit or ATM Card<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visit a branch location or call (800) 321-8570 for identify verification and to request a travel alert be placed on your card(s).
